Return & Refund Policy

Lyras Kitchen accepts eligible returns for 30 days from the date an order is delivered. Returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, damaged or defective items, and incorrect items.

Eligibility

Opened but unused items can be returned within the 30-day return period. Used items are not eligible for returns. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective. Proof of purchase is required. Contact support@lyraskitchen.com before sending a return so our team can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Return costs

Eligible returns are free. Lyras Kitchen does not charge a return-shipping fee or restocking fee. After a return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when required, a prepaid return label.

Refunds

We inspect returned items and process approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return. This five-business-day period includes inspection and refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Contact support@lyraskitchen.com to request an exchange. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Contact us promptly because fulfillment normally begins within 1–2 business days.

Warranty

For defects reported outside the 30-day return period, review our Limited Lifetime Warranty for coverage, exclusions, and claim instructions.
