This Payment Policy explains how payment works for orders placed on lyraskitchen.com. Please review your order summary and the available payment options before placing an order. If you have a question about a charge, contact us at support@lyraskitchen.com.

Prices, currency, and the total you pay

All prices on our website are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Your checkout shows the products, any discounts, applicable taxes, shipping, and the final order total before you submit payment. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. If an optional delivery service is offered, its cost will be shown before you select it and place the order. We do not add an undisclosed payment or handling charge after you place an order.

Please review the final checkout total before confirming your purchase. If you notice a difference between an advertised price and the checkout price, contact us before placing the order.

Payment options

The payment methods we currently accept for your order are the options displayed at checkout. Select one of those options and follow its prompts to complete payment. Availability of a digital wallet or other payment option can depend on your device, browser, location, or the payment provider.

If an installment or financing option appears at checkout, it is optional. Before selecting it, review the provider's eligibility requirements, payment schedule, total cost, and terms. A standard product order does not enroll you in recurring billing.

When payment is authorized

By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to process the final total shown at checkout. An order is complete only when checkout confirms it. If payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may not be accepted; you can try another method offered at checkout or contact your payment provider. We will not ask you to send your full card number or security code by email.

We may contact you if we need to verify order details or resolve a payment problem. We may cancel an order in cases such as a payment failure, suspected fraud, or a clear pricing or inventory error. If a canceled order was already paid, the payment will be returned to the original payment method.

Order confirmation and receipts

After a successful checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address supplied with your order. It includes your order details. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder and contact us with the name and email used at checkout. A pending bank authorization without an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order was completed; contact us so we can check.

Secure checkout and payment information

Payment is submitted through the secure checkout and the payment provider you select there. Please enter payment details only on the checkout page. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For your security, do not email us a full card number, card security code, or account password.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact support@lyraskitchen.com promptly if you need to cancel an order. An order can be canceled for a full refund before it ships. Once it ships, our Return & Refund Policy applies. Eligible returns are free; we do not charge return-shipping or restocking fees. After a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated, contact us with your order number, the charge date, and the amount so we can investigate. Do not include your full payment-card details in your message. See our Disputes & Chargebacks page for additional help.
